I've always had a good experience at this walk-in clinic. Fast, friendly and good with my children...
I am new to the area and was having pain and didn't know where to go. I decided to try the closest urgent care to me which happened to be this place. The nurse and X-ray technician were extremely nice and personable. Until I met with the "doctor" Melissa. She was unbelievably condescending, unprofessional and rude. While I was explaining my situation, she was giving me dirty looks like I was an idiot. Then proceeded to tell me that she basically can't help me cuz she doesn't know my medical history, and because she "doesn't know me from Adam" She then proceeded to talk to me like I was a child, asking me if I even know what auto immune diseases were and questioning my general existence. She was literally the worst person I have even seen in my 30 years of going to doctors. She seems very unstable and should not be allowed to care for people in need. Completely uncaring and Un compassionate. Maybe the other doctors are ok, but she sucks big time. I'd rather die next time then rely on her to help.
I just went for the first time today and I was very impressed. The staff were professional and friendly and I was in and out in 30 (!) minutes. I don't think I've ever been at such a fast walk-in clinic before. And there were several other people in the waiting room, so it wasn't like I was the only one there either.
