There were 2 lovely rags on the walkway from the office... They remained there for the entire stay.
But that wasn't as a big a deal as the hair dryer not working.
At least the roof didn't leak.
Not a bad place to stay on a tight budget. The buildings are a bit worn and dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. There was a small construction crew working during the day so it seems the owner is trying to improve the property.
And the "juice machine" dispensed water instead of orange juice.
What's to like?
Our room was interesting. The bathroom door had no lock.
That was a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and there was a very good view right out of my room window in the Fall season!!
This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed ... we reserved a large king size room and in the middle of night at 2 am the alarms started chirping on and off.. called the front desk and they said they tried calling maintenance but no one would respond so finally at 3 am in the morning they gave us a much smaller queen room and was told to talk to front desk in morning for a rebate on room... when we talked to the front desk the manager looked at us and said that they worked for 5 different hotels and they didn't care about our problem... and that there was no rebate he was giving us for the inconvenience or the smaller room we were getting charges the same amount... I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN !!!!
Our room had a microwave, mini fridge and an old TV. Staff was nice. Free breakfast included coffee, juice, bagels, waffles, yogurt, and premade omelettes. Cereal was available as well. The hotel is located next to a shopping center so there are plenty of options for food if the breakfast doesn't satisfy. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Stayed here twice in the last few years. Both times thought it was great value for the money. It's not a four star place, but the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and when we returned from our outing, it looked like a brand new room, which is the point. Small glitch with the key card, but it was resolved immediately with a smile. The big question is would I stay here again. Absolutely!
