2. So after you've waited all year for your food. 9/10 they get your order wrong so you have to go in anyway.
Not once have they EVER gotten my order correct. Last time I ordered a chalupa meal, they ended up charging me twice for adding chicken, then forgot my drink. Opened up the wrapper in the car, and the order was completely wrong. Showed them the receipt and they told me I was the one who was wrong. Refused to refund the meal, will NEVER go back.
1. The service is SO slow from when it opened until now. You're always waiting in the drive thru for food.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible service ever since it opened. Every time I go through the drive thru I am there for at least 20 minutes. Food is always cold or burnt. Every time i get a quesadilla the cheese isn't even melted and the chicken is cold. This place is a joke, take your service somewhere else.
This is one of the worst Taco Bell's I have been to for 3 reasons.
The one in horse heads is so much better. They are quick and reliable. And I don't think they've ever been without anything so I'd drive out of my way to go there instead.
3. They always run out of food. Every day it's something different they don't have so someone in inventory clearly doesn't care for their job.
I was absolutely grossed out by this place. Watched two employees within minutes eating food off the line with their gloves on and continue to make the food. Then, not sure if it was the owner or manager, walked behind the counter with her long hair everywhere. Its so unsanitary. Will never eat there again!!!!!
For a Taco Bell their prices are insane. Do they think they are in NYC????? Close this POS or get new management or owners.
