UPS website listed it as a customer service centre with normal hours, however, this is not the case.
Not very welcoming. Walked through garage bay and a driver gave me directions. Hiked across the facility to find a locked door and a "beware of leopard" sign on the door. On my way out a manager told me the closet they use is only open from 5:15 to 5:30 every alternate Wednesday of November or from 6:00 to 6:15 each new moon.
It's a great location and the staff is always friendly. Parking is something of a nightmare, but do-able.
